阴囊急症的超声诊断及鉴别诊断分析

Ultrasound diagnosis and differential diagnosis analysis of acute scrotum

目的探讨超声在阴囊急症中的诊断和鉴别诊断的实用价值。方法采用直接探测法对46例阴囊急症患者进行患侧与健侧的对比分析。结果急性炎症25例,睾丸扭转7例,阴囊疝2例,睾丸损伤鞘膜积液12例。结论应用二维超声及CDFI技术可准确快速诊断和鉴别诊断各类常见阴囊急症。

Objective To study the acute scrotal ultrasound in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of practical value.Methods Direct detection of 46 cases of patients with acute scrotum and the contralateral side of the comparative analysis.Results 25 cases of acute inflammation,7 cases of testicular torsion,2 cases Scrotum hernia,hydrocele testicular damage in 12 cases.Conclusion Two-dimensional ultrasound and CDFI can be rapid and accurate diagnosis and differential diagnosis of common types of acute scrotum.
