36例肋骨骨折的X线漏诊分析

目的借鉴漏诊病例的经验教训,提高肋骨骨折的检出率。方法回顾性分析本院经X线检查确诊的肋骨骨折165例,其中漏诊36例。结果X线漏诊的原因:①检查方法不当;②缺乏扎实的基础知识;③阅片时不够全面、细致,或经验不足;④忽视了与胸部合并症之间的联系。结论X线检查仍是诊断肋骨骨折极为重要的手段,并对肋骨骨折合并症诊断及评价预后有重要价值。

Objective Summarize the experience of cases that have been missed diagnosis to improve the detectable rate of costal bone fracture. Methods Look back and analyze the 165 cases of costal bone fracture that have been made a definite diagnosis by X ray examination in HuiDong hospital, there are 36 cases are missed diagnosis. Results The reasons of missed diagnosis by X ray examination：①improper procedure of examining;②laek of solid basic knowledge③the doctor who made the diagnosis is not comprehensive or careful enough, or lack of experience; ④neglect the connection between the costal bone fracture and the complication of chest traumatism. Conclusion X ray examination is still one of the most important method to diagnose costal bone fracture, it also has great value in the diagnosis of complication of costal bone fracture and the evaluation of prognosis.
