摘要
本文从造船国的社会稳定、造船质量、船价、交船期、信誉、卖方贷款、政策影响、船东与船厂间的良好关系、中小船舶就近订造和中介机构的作用１０个方面讨论航运公司选择船厂的原则。
The paper analyzed the principles of the shipping companies used in their selecting of the shipyards from 10 aspects of social stability of the shipyard country, shipbuilding quality, price, delivery time, reputation, seller's credit, policy influence, relation with shipyard, recent order book of medium and small size ships, and function of trading agency.
