摘要 为了提高矿井顶板状态监测与趋势分析水平,提出了以AT89C52单片机为核心的矿井顶板状态监测系统。通过顶板位移传感器、仪用放大器和A/D转换器组成的数据采集单元采集顶板数据,并完成数据分析和处理。利用频率信号远程传输技术和USB存储技术实现了矿井顶板状态远程监测和现场数据存储,同时系统还具有现场顶板状态动态显示、声光报警、报警阈值修改等功能。实验结果表明:系统运行稳定可靠,数据传输实时性好,准确度高,性价比高。 In order to improve the level of the mine roof condition monitor and trend analysis, the condition monitoring system of mine roof which took AT89C52 as the core was proposed. A unit of data collection was made up of a roof displacement sensor, instrument amplifier and A/D converter, and the collected data can be analyzed and processed by the AT89C52. The system achieved condition remote monitoring of mine roof and field data storage with enormous capacity by frequency-signal remote transmission technology and USB-data storage technology. The device can also provide with other functions, such as dynamic display of field roof condition, acoustic-optical alarm, setting up alarm threshold. The experiment results show that the roof monitoring system is reliable and stable in operation, quick and accurate in data transmission, high in cost performance.
