摘要
针对风力发电机振动监测系统国产化水平较低的现状,设计了新型风机振动监测系统。系统分为从机和主机:从机通过加速度传感器检测振动,提取模拟量故障特征频段信息并与全频段数字数据一起上传主机;主机实时监测振动模拟量,对数字量进行FIR数字滤波,以模拟量或数字量为报警依据,并由PC机配置工作参数和模式。系统工作可靠,已代替进口设备在现场投入使用。
For the problem of low level localization in vibration monitoring system for wind power generator, a new vibration monitoring system was designed. The system was composed of slave module and master module. The slave module monitored vibration by accelerometer, extracted the information of fault characteristic frequency band from the analog data, and uploaded them to the master module together with full-band digital data; the master module realized real-time monitoring of analog data and FIR digital filtering of digital data, took the analog or digital data as the alarm basis, and configured operation parameters and modes by PC. The system is reliable and has replaced the imported equipment in actual use.
