摘要
传统的流量检测仪器一般只具有较为简单的信息分析处理能力,其测量精度、功能扩展等方面都存在着一定的局限性,已不能满足实际工业生产中的测量与控制的需要。以ARM嵌入式微处理器为核心,定制嵌入式L inux操作系统,实现了一个采用以太网技术支持TCP/IP协议的网络控制电磁流量计,实现电磁流量计的智能化、网络化,有利于工业现场及时准确的液体流量检测与控制。
The traditional flow meters generally have the relatively simple capability of analysis and processing. Their measuring accuracy, error correction and functional expansion have definite limitations and cannot meet the measurement and control needs in the actual industrial production. This paper took ARM embedded microprocessor as the core, customized embedded Linux operating system and used Ethernet TCP/IP network protocol to realize the new electromagnetic flow-meter, achieved intelligent and network-based feature. It is beneficial to realize the high-precision measurement and control of the flow.
