摘要
目的探讨创伤性胸骨骨折救治措施。方法对2001-2007年收治的26例创伤性胸骨骨折的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组26例，20例治愈，3例死于脑疝，3例死于多器官功能衰竭。结论胸骨骨折应根据患者的年龄、骨折性质、连枷胸及全身其他部位或脏器的损伤情况进行个体化方法治疗。
Objective To study the medical treatment of traumatic Sternum fracture. Methods Retrospective analysis towards the clinical data collected during 2001-2007 of 26 traumatic sternum fracture cases. Results According to our investigation towards 26 cases ,20 patients were cured and 3 of them died of cerebral hernia, the remaining ones died of multiple organ failure. Conclusion Individualized treatment should be given considering age, nature of the facture, Flail chest and injury of other organs of the traumatic sternum fracture patient.
