摘要
针对现代电源小型化、轻量化、数字化的要求,设计了采用高频变压器的移相全桥DC/DC变换单元来减小电源的体积和质量。采用电流控制环为内环,电压控制环为外环的双环调节反馈控制系统,提高电压精度,改善电流波形。使用TMS320F2812芯片作为控制器来实现比例积分(PI)控制算法和脉宽调制。对控制算法进行了仿真,达到了控制要求。
Aiming at the requirements of miniaturization, lightenization and digitalization for modern power supply, high frequency transformer's phase shifted full-bridge DC/DC converting unit was adopted to reduce the volume and weight of power supply. Double loop regulation feed-back control system with current control loop as inner loop and voltage control loop as outer loop was used to raise voltage accuracy and improve current waveform. TMS320F2812 was used as a controller to realize proportional integration (PI) control algorithm and pulse width modulation. Simulation was made for control algorithm, and the algorithm meets the control requirements.
