摘要
在大肠杆菌中表达HPV16 E6重组蛋白.利用自行构建的重组质粒pET28a(+)-HPV16 E6,经IPTG诱导表达HPV16 E6重组蛋白.实验结果表明,重组质粒pET28a(+)-HPV16 E6在大肠杆菌中经IPTG诱导成功表达出HPV16 E6重组蛋白.HPV16E6重组蛋白的制备为宫颈组织中HPV16型感染的早期诊断和宫颈癌治疗性疫苗的研制奠定了物质基础.
HPV16 E6 recombinant protein is expressed in E. coli. The self-built recombinant plasmid pET28a ( + ) - HPV16 E6 is induced by IPTG to express recombinant protein HPV16E6. Results show that the HPV16E6 recombinant protein induced by IPTG is expressed successfully in E. coli, using the recombinant plasmid pET28a ( + ) - HPV16 E6. The preparation of HPV16E6 recombinant protein establishes a material foundation for the early diagnosis for HPV16 in cervical tissue and that of therapeutic vaccine about HPV16.
