摘要 烟气脱硫中亚硫酸钙的氧化程度直接影响到烟气中的最终脱硫量,但其速率表达式的研究结果存在一定差异.采用内径为1.2 m,高为1.2 m的反应器氧化实验装置进行了亚硫酸钙的非催化氧化实验,实验所得亚硫酸氢根离子的反应分级数约为1,溶解氧的反应分级数约为0,氧化反应的活化能为69.85 kJ.mol-1.结合菲克定律及双膜理论建立了烟气脱硫亚硫酸钙的氧化过程动力学模型.利用模型计算得到亚硫酸氢根离子反应分级数约为1,溶解氧反应分级数约为0,氧化反应的活化能为65.72 kJ.mol-1.实验结果表明,所建模型精度高,相对误差为5.91%. The oxidation of calcium sulfite directly affects the final rate of flue gas desulfurization, but the study on the expression of oxidation rate is still in a dispute. Non-catalytic oxidation kinetics of calcium sulfite has been studied experimentally in the oxidation stimulant which is 1.2 m in diameter and 1.2 m in height. And the experimental results indicate that the reaction order of bisulfite ion is 1, the reaction order of dissolved oxygen is 0, and the activation energy is 69.85 k J· mol ^- 1. Theoretically study on the oxidation process of flue gas desulfurization technology has also been made by using kinetics model which has been set up based on the Fick law and the film theory. And the model results indicate that reaction order of bisulfite ion is 1, the reaction order of dissolved oxygen is 0, and the activation energy is 65.72 kJ· mol^- 1. The result that the relative error of activation energy experimentally and theoretically is 5.91% shows that the model has a high precision.
