摘要
采用新的铁电极作阳极材料的电解法制备高铁酸盐溶液.研究了相关的制备工艺,包括电解液浓度、电流密度、电解时间对电解效率的影响.结果表明,此阳极材料可在大电流密度下电解制备高铁酸盐,同时具有较高的电流效率,可在较快的速度下制备出高浓度的高铁酸盐溶液;经过实验测得的最佳工艺条件为:NaOH的物质的量浓度为14 mol/L,J=492 mA/cm2,电解时间为60 min,电流效率为58.96%.
In this paper, an electrolytic preparation of ferrate ( Ⅵ ) by dissolution of a new material in NaOH electrolyte is introduced. A variety of electrolysis conditions including electrolyte time, applied current density and electrolyte concentration are explored. The experimental results show that this new material could prepare ferrate in higher current density and higher current efficiency, with a highest efficiency of 58.96%, current density (492 mA/cm^2) and in 14 mol/L NaOH electrolyte during 60 min.
