双向保护抽油杆接箍在滩海油田大斜度井中的应用

摘要 大斜度油井的机械偏磨主要是油管与抽油杆的磨损,该磨损分为机械磨损、砂砾磨损、化学腐蚀磨损3种类型。双向保护抽油杆接箍是在普通抽油杆接箍上喷镀一层AOC-160功能粉末后,经特殊工艺处理而成,具有高光洁、防腐蚀、减磨阻、耐磨损等特点。在现场应用该技术后,油管与抽油杆的磨擦阻力降低15%~35%,对油管的磨损降低1/3,还可延长检泵周期,降低抽油机负荷,单井全年创效9.1万元。 The mechanical eccentric wear in highly-deviated wells mainly involves in oil tubes and rod collars,and can be divided into three types,i.e.meehanical wear,sand and gravel wear and chemical wear.A two-way protection rod collar can be made by plating AOC-100 Powder on an ordinary collar and then specially processing it,and is characterized by high fineness,corrosion prevention,friction reduction and wear resistance.An application of this kind of collars has resulted in reducing friction resistance of oil tubes and rods by 15%-35%,decreasing oil tube wear by a third,dropping pump loads and extending pump mainte- nance cycles,with a ¥91000 reward of annual signal well.
