Crude Oil Batch Blending Technologies and Their Applications

介绍了中国石油大连石化公司自主开发的原油批次调合技术,并与泵出口管道调合、泵入口管道调合和罐内循环调合技术进行了对比。分析了原油批次调合技术的传质基理以及影响因素,得出沉降时间为24h时调合效果最佳,密度相差越大的原油调合效果越好。应用实例表明,该调合技术调合而成的原油符合装置进料的稳定要求。截至目前调合成功率达100%,并且可降低原油采购费用。

This article describes the crude oil batch blending technology developed by PetroChina Dalian Petrochemical Company and compares this technique with pump outlet in-line blending techniques,pump inlet in-line blending techniques and in-tank circulating blending techniques.By analyzing the mass-transport mechanism of the batch blending technology and contributing factors ,the article concludes that the best blend- ing time is 24 hours after settlement and that the larger difference between the densities of the crude to be blended,the better effect the blending will achieve.Applications show that the crude oil resulting from blend- ing using this technology meets the requirements on the stability of quality of feedstock.Up to now,no blend ing using this technology has failed.Another benefit of this technique is the reduced cost of purchasing crude oil.
