This paper narrates the national environment economy policy about its seven systems, i.e. Green Credit, Green Insurance, Green Securities, Green Trade, Environment Charging, Ecological Compensation, and Emission Right Trading. Also it introduces one of the bases of national environment economy policy and the key works, the establishment of coatings industry ＂double high＂ product directory; analyzes the problems in current directory; puts forward the measures and suggestions about how to establish the directory; and discusses how to cope with the directory unveiled for enterprises and coatings industry.
