紫外光固化塑料涂料中助剂的应用

Use of additives in UV-curable plastic coatings

以UV固化塑料涂料基本配方为依据,研究了流平剂、润湿分散剂和消泡剂的不同用量对ABS塑料表面外观、附着力、硬度、抗冲击性等的影响。结果表明,当流平剂质量为2g、润湿分散剂为0.5g、消泡剂为0.6g(配方总量为107.9g)时得到的涂膜性能最佳。

Depending on the basic compositions of UV-curable plastic coatings, this paper studies the influence of use amount of leveling agent, wetting dispersant and defoaming agent on surface appearance, adhesion, hardness and impact resistance of ABS plastic. It results that with 2 g portions of leveling agent, 0.5 g portions of wetting dispersant and 0.6 g portions of defoaming agent（total 107.9 g）coatings film is of the optimal performances.
