摘要
用渗铝-内氧化技术对纯铜进行了表面弥散硬化处理。研究了渗层的铝浓度分布,硬化层的显微特性及有关性能。结果表明,渗层的铝浓度接近于渗剂中的铝粉含量,渗层深度可达100μm。内氧化后,能在铜的渗铝层形成Al2O3弥散硬化层,Al2O3含量影响了铜的表面硬度、电阻率及磨损能力。
An aluminizing-internal oxidation technique was used in hardening the surface of pure copper.The Al concentration distribution in aluminized layer,microstructure and some properties of surface hardening layer were studied.The results show that the Al concentration in surface of aluminized layer approaches Al content in the aluminized agent,the aluminized layer depth reaches 100μm. It is possible to generate Al 2O 3 particles dispersed hardening layer in the surface of pure copper with aluminizing-internal oxidation technique,the amount of Al 2O 3 in surface hardening layer also effects the microhardness,the special resistance and wear resistance of pure copper.
