大孔树脂吸附纯化白苏总黄酮的工艺研究 被引量:16

Study on the separation and purification of perilla frutescens(L.) britt flavonoids by macroreticular resin

摘要 采用静态吸附分离法筛选大孔树脂,并采用动态吸附分离法确定纯化工艺条件。HPD300大孔树脂对白苏总黄酮有良好的吸附分离性能,其动态吸附分离工艺条件为:白苏总黄酮上样质量浓度为5mg/mL,最大吸附量为13.73mg/g,吸附流速为1mL/min,以10倍柱体积50%乙醇洗脱,树脂可重复使用4次。 The static adsorption and separation were used in investigation of macroporous adsorption resin, the dynamic adsorption and separation were used in studying the condition of adsorption and separation. The flavonoids adsorption capacity, was used as the evaluation criteria. The results showed that the HPD300 was the best for adsorbing and separating the flavonoids in perilla frute- scens(L.) britt in the following technological condition: the concentration of the flavonoids sample extract was 5 mg/mL, the maximum adsorbing capacity was 13.73 mg/g, the current velocity was 1 mL/min, the elutingreagent was 50% ethanol ten times as the volume of the resin, and the HPD300 resin could be used four times repeatedly.
