摘要
以莱阳特产北沙参为原料研究北沙参多糖的提取。经正交实验得出北沙参多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为料水比1∶40、浸提温度80℃、浸提时间4h,多糖得率达到34%。用95%乙醇沉淀法确定出最佳的乙醇加量和醇沉时间。醇沉时优化工艺条件为:4倍体积的95%乙醇、乙醇醇沉8h。
The best extraction conditions of Radix glehniae polysaccharide were studied, took the Laiyang Radix glehniae as raw materials. The result indicated that, the best technological conditions of the Radix glehniae polysaccharide extraction： the raw material and water weight ratio is 1：40, the extraction temperature is 80 ℃, the extraction time is 4 h. In this condition, the polysaccharide rate can achieve 34%. The optimization of the ethyl alcohol precipitation conditions is 4 times of 95% ethyl alcohol, precipitation time is 8 h.
