黄皮叶乙醇提取物化学成分预实验及对植物病原菌的抑制作用 被引量:6

Pre-experiment of chemical composition of clausena lansium(Lour.) Skeels leafs extracts with ethanol and the antimicrobial effects to plant pathogens

摘要 研究黄皮叶化学成分和抑菌活性。采用纸片扩散法对黄皮叶不同溶剂提取物进行抑菌实验初探,在此基础上采用菌丝生长速率法和最低抑制浓度法对乙醇提取物进行抑菌实验,并对乙醇提取物进行化学成分的预实验。结果显示,黄皮叶中含有黄酮、酚类、有机酸、生物碱和香豆素等成分。不同溶剂提取物对6种植物病原菌均有较好的抑制作用,其抑菌效果为乙醇>石油醚>水。在28℃培养24h时乙醇提取物对6种植物病原菌的抑菌率在44.2%~56.4%之间,其MIC在0.5~4mg/mL之间。表明乙醇提取物对6种植物病原菌的抑菌效果显著,是一种具有发展潜力的抑菌物质。 The chemical composition of Clausena lansium(Lour.) Skeels leaves and antifungal action were studied. The primary antimicrobial activity of the different solvent extraction was observed through the disc diffusion method. The resistant plant pathogens of the ethanol extraction were studied by hypha growth rate methods and the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC), pre-experiment of the ethanol extraction was prosecution. The results showed that the clausena lansium(Lour) skeels leaves contained flavonoes, phenolic, organic acid, alkaloid, coumarins, etc. The different solvent extractions had good antimicrobial effects on the tested six plant pathogens. The antimicrobial effects was ethanol〉petroleum ether〉water. The inhibition rate of ethanol extracts on six plant pathogens was between 44.2% to 56.4%. The MICs were between 0.5 mg/mL to 4 mg/mL after 24 hours culturing on 28 ℃. Ethanol extracts had the best antimicrobial effect on six plant pathogens. Ethanol extracts should be a potential antimicrobial substance.
