摘要
随着科学技术的发展,胶原蛋白提取技术也有了很好的发展,从原始的熬胶到现在用酸、酶等水解提取,并且随着提取技术的改良,提高了胶原蛋白在实际生产中的应用价值。阐述了鱼鳞胶原蛋白提取技术的发展和胶原蛋白在食品和化妆品工业中的应用。
With the development of science and technology, the extraction technology of collagen is also a very good development-from the original boiling to now the hydrolysis of extraction using by acid, enzymes. Now with the improved extraction technology, in industry the value of collagen is increasing. The extracting technology of collagen and the application of collagen to food and cosmetic industry are reviewed.
