Rapid determination of dichlorvos, methamidophos and chlorpyrifos in semen coicis for exit by gas chromatography with large-bore capillary column

摘要 目的:建立大口径毛细管-气相色谱快速测定出口薏苡仁中敌敌畏、甲胺磷、毒死蜱农药残留量的方法。方法:采用OV-1701(30m×0.53mm×0.53μm)分离和火焰光度检测器(FPD)检测,外标法计算含量。结果:线性范围:0.1~2.0μg/mL,加标回收率:82.64%~97.58%,相对标准偏差(RSD):1.57%~5.35%,检出限:0.004~0.032mg/kg。结论:本方法快速、简便、准确,适用于测定薏苡仁中敌敌畏、甲胺磷、毒死蜱农药残留。 Objective: A rapid method for determination of residues of dichlorvos, methamidophos and chlorpyrifos residues in semen coicis by gas Chromatography-Flame Photometric Detector(FPD) with Largebore Capillary Column. Methods: The column was OV-1701(30 m×0.53 mm×0.53 μm). The pesticide residues were calculated by external standard menthod. Results: The analytical results show the working curve is linear in the range of 0.1-2.0 μg/mL. The recoveries were 82.64%-97.58%, RSD in the range of 1.57%-5.35%, the detection limits were 0.004-0.032 mg/kg for pesticides. Conclusions: It is rapid, simple and suitable for detecting the residues of pesticides in semen coicis.
