摘要
钢板弹簧是汽车中较为重要的零部件之一。本文中笔者介绍了汽车钢板弹簧的可靠性设计方法,在基本随机变量的概率特性已知的情况下,使用二阶矩法对钢板弹簧进行可靠性设计,并且编制了实用的计算机程序,可以迅速准确地得到钢板弹簧的可靠性设计信息。
The leaf spring is one of the important components in vehicles. This paper presents the reliability design method of the multileaf spring. Technique from the second moment method is employed for the reliability design of the multileaf spring on the condition of known probabilistic characteristics of basic random variables. The reliability design information of the multileaf spring may be accurately and quickly obtained by using the practical computer program.
