Synthesis of Poly-γ-(β-Cyanoethyl)aminopropylsiloxane Platinum Complex and Its Catalytic Characteristic

摘要 γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷与丙烯腈反应,得到γ-(β-氰乙基)胺丙基三乙氧基硅烷。后者用气相法二氧化硅固载,再与氯亚铂酸钾反应,合成了聚γ-(β-氰乙基)胺丙基硅氧烷铂配合物。研究了它对不饱和烃与三乙氧基硅烷的硅氢加成反应的催化特性。 r - (B - CyanoethyOaminopropyltnethoxysilane was synthesized from r - aminopropy-Itriethoxysilane via Micheal addition with acrylonitrile. The silicon monomer was hydrolyzed and immobilized with water and fumed silica, then reacted with potassium chloroplatinite in acetone to give the title complex. The structure of this complex was characterized by elemental analysis and XPS. It has been found that the title complex is an effective catalyst for the hydrosilylation of decene, dodecene,phenyl allyl ether, allyl glycidyl ether, etc. , with triethoxysilane and can be reused several times without serious loss of activity.
