近红外光谱技术检测溶液中毒死蜱含量试验 被引量:16

摘要 用近红外光谱(NIR)方法对溶液中极微量毒死蜱进行了测定,通过模拟蔬果成分背景,配制了47个混合液样本,其中37个样本为含有质量比为0.005~0.100 mg/kg毒死蜱的混合液样本,用于定量分析,同时10个不含农药的混合液样本,用于聚类分析。结果表明,近红外光谱法对混合溶液中质量比在0.008~0.090 mg/kg之间的毒死蜱取得良好的检测效果。 This paper demonstrated the detecting of chlorpyrifos at trace level in pesticide solution based on near infrared (NIR) method. Forty seven samples were prepared by simulating vegetables and fruits ingredient, thirty seven of which were used for quantitative analysis. The range of chlorpyrifos consistency was from 0.005 mg/kg to 0. 100 mg/kg, Other samples with no pesticide were used for cluster analysis. The results showed that NIR method is appropriate to analyze the mixing solution containing traces of chlorpyrifos (between 0. 008 mg/kg and 0. 090 mg/kg).
