本文分结晶度的测定、微晶尺寸和点阵缺陷的测定、取向情况的测定等方面，阐述了使用Ｘ射线衍射分析研究聚合物晶体结构的各种方法及其进展。
his review deals with the measurements of crystallinity,crystallite size and microstress of the polymer crystal structure by X-ray diffraction.Included herewith are the comments of vaious methods and their advances as applied to the study of polymer crystal.
