おhe electrochemical behavious of chlorogenic acid in the sodium citrate solution is studied.The peak potential of second derivative reducing peak is at around -1.7V(vs SCE).The heigh of the peak is linearly increased with the concentration of chlorogenic acid over the range of 1.0×10-6～5.0×10^-4mol/L(r=0.9996).The detection limit is 1.0×10^-7mol/L.The method has been applied to determination of chlorogenic acid in the Flos Lonicera and In-Huang injection solution with satisfactory results.
