摘要
本法是用硫磺、氯和对二甲苯为原料,无水三氯化铁作催化剂,在有机溶剂三氯甲烷中合成聚(2,5-二甲基)对苯硫醚(DMPPS),在25~70℃缩聚反应5-6h得到浅黄色的DMPPS树脂原粉。该树脂经红外光谱、激光拉曼光谱、X-射线衍射光谱和差热分析结果表明:该树脂为线型、结晶性的且无双硫键,熔点(Tm)306℃比聚苯硫醚(PPS)高。
おhis method used sulfur,chlorine and pxylene as raw materials,with anhydrous iron trichloride as catalyst in organic solvont trichloromethane which are synthesised to poly(2,5-dimethyl)-p-phenylene-sulfide(DMPPS).The DMPPS resin prepared under optimum reaction condition (25-70℃,for 5-6h) was yellow power.The results of IR spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction and thermal analysis showed the resin was crystal and linear DMPPS,nondouble sulfur bond,melting point(Tm)306℃ is higher than PPS.
