摘要
和谐教育是一个全新的概念,也是一项全新的实践。如何构建和谐教育已成为当前理论研究的重点。在分析和谐教育基本特征的基础上,本文提出了将以人为本作为指导思想、以发展作为基础、以公平为主线、以完善的政府宏观调控和市场调节均衡机制为保证、以循序渐进为基本方法、以创新作为动力源泉的和谐教育构建的基本分析框架。
Harmonious educaion is a new educational concept and a new practice. Today, how to establish the harmonious educaion becomes the theoritic focus. On the basis of analysis the basic features of harmonious educaion, a basic analytical framework for harmonious edueaion is established. The basic analytical framework consists of following principles, that is, putting peopie first as the guiding ideology, developing as the base, fair as the main clue, macroeconomic controling and market regulation as the guarantee, proceeding in an orderly way and step by step as the basic method, and bringing innovation as the power source.
