10~#白油制备驱油剂石油羧酸盐的研究

摘要 针对用大庆原油馏分油制备驱油剂石油羧酸盐时,反应器易结焦的问题,采用了10#白油为原料制备驱油剂在氧化反应时不结焦,经汽相氧化皂化和盐度调节,可制备出和大庆原油产生超低界面张力的表面活性剂,其中最低值可达10-3数量级。 In concerning with the probolem of easy coke deposit inside the reactor during the preparation of petroleum carboxylate for enhanced oil recovery (EOR) by oxidation of fraction of Daqing crude oil,10# white oil is taken as the feed for the feed for the oxidation,and no coke deposide insids the reactor with the feed. A surfactant of petroleum carboxylate can be made from the feed by gaseous phase oxidation, saponification,and adjustment of salinity.With Daqing crude oil,the surfactant shows super-low interfacical tension, which is low to the scale of 10^-3.
