NMR和分子模拟研究二乙基丙二酸茚类衍生物中二乙基官能团的CH2CH3自旋系统

摘要 在研究用炔基丙二酸亲电环化反应来高区域选择性和立体选择性合成丙二酸茚类衍生物的过程中,发现一些二乙基丙二酸茚衍生物二乙基官能团上的CH2和CH3质子显示出非常有趣的自旋-自旋耦合以及信号裂分现象,以往没有相关文献对这种现象给予报道.为阐述这些发现,在本文中我们合成了几个二乙基丙二酸茚类衍生物,并用NMR和分子模拟研究了这几个化合物二乙基上的CH2CH3自旋系统.结果显示:在这些化合物中,二乙基上的CH2CH3自旋系统可以以各种类型存在(AMX3,ABX3以及A2X3),而且炔基末端取代的苯基的芳香环电流效应是引起这些有趣的自旋现象的主要原因.
