摘要
为解决高尔夫球手推车连杆机构强度问题,设计了新型连杆机构。在设计中采用基于3D特征造型和虚拟装配等CAD技术,应用UG和CAD软件建立了该高尔夫球手推车的三维数字化模型,并通过动态仿真和干涉分析验证该设计方案的可行性。为高尔夫球手推车样机的制作和以后的产品优化设计提供了快捷有效的新方法。
For the sake of solving the strength problem on the connecting rod mechanism of golf cart, the new typed connecting rod mechanism has been designed. By adopting the CAD technology based on 3D characteristic modelling and virtual assembly etc. and using the UG, CAD software the 3D digitalized model of this golf cart was established in this design. The feasibility of the designing scheme was testified through dynamic simulation and interference analysis, thus provided fast and effective new method for the manufacturing of golf cart prototype and later optimization design of products.
