摘要
针对废旧产品拆卸活动不确定的特点,打破了平均拆卸时间的假设,提出用随机变量表示废旧产品拆卸过程中的所有作业时间,如拆卸时间、清洗时间、检测时间,并用卷积算法计算产品拆卸、清洗、检测过程的总时间。由于两个随机变量的卷积计算结果通常是分段函数,为了利用卷积计算总时间,对分段函数的卷积计算进行了研究。利用文中提出的方法,能够准确地得到产品拆卸过程所有作业活动的总时间分布情况,从而为企业实施废旧产品的回收战略提供借鉴。
Aimed at the uncertain characteristics on the disassembling activity of disused and old products, the hypothesis of average disassembly time has been broken. All the operation times, such as the disassembling time, cleaning time and detecting time, in the disassembling processes of disused and old products ought to be expressed by the use of random variables was put forward, and using the convolution algorithm to calculate the overall time in the course of the products' disassembling, cleaning and detecting. On account of the resuh of convolution computation of two stochastic variables was usually the segmented function and for the sake of utilizing the overall time of convolution calculation a study was carried out on the convolution computation of the segmented function. By the use of the method being put forward in this paper, it is capable to obtain accurately the overall time distribution status for all the operation activities in the disassembling course of products, thus provided source of reference for the enterprises to implement the retrieval strategy on the disused and old products.
