摘要
介绍了结构的设计验算点与可靠性灵敏度分析的基本概念。针对前桥结构参数的随机性,首先在Pro/E中建立了前桥的三维精确模型,利用ANSYS对导入模型进行有限元分析,然后采用了机械零部件和系统的概率分析软件NESSUS对前桥做可靠性分析。在计算过程中可靠度计算软件作为主程序,有限元软件作为子程序被调用。最后得出了前桥结构可靠指标值和各个参数的灵敏度和结构的设计验算点,为前桥的可靠性设计提供了依据。
Basic conception on the designing checking computation points of structure and the sensitivity analysis of reliability was introduced. Aimed at the parametric randomicity of the front axle structure, the 3D precision model of front axle was established firstly in the Pro/E, and the finite element analysis was carried out on the leading-in model by the use of ANSYS. And then made the reliability analysis on the front axle by adopting the probability analytical software NESSUS of mechanical component parts and systems. In the course of computation the calculation software of reliability was acted as the main program and the finite element software was being called as a subprogram. Finally the reliable target value of the front axle structure and the sensitivities of each parameter and the designing checking computation point of structure were gained, thus provided basis for the reliability design of front axle.
