色选机滑槽专用抛光机的设计

Design of special used sliding groove polisher for colour selection machine

针对色选机滑槽的特殊表面抛光工艺,设计了一台专用抛光机床。该机床可实现对滑槽复杂表面的高精度抛光加工,满足色选机的生产和研制需要。解决了滑槽在高精度机械抛光加工中遇到的超大行程、刀具(抛光轮)的选取、工件变形、定位夹紧等技术和工艺问题。在生产应用中,创造了很高的经济效益。

Aiming at the polishing technology for the special surfaces of the sliding groove in the colour selector, a special used polishing machine has been designed. Adopting this machine, the high precision polishing processing on the complex surfaces of the sliding groove can be achieved and satisfied the requirements of manufacturing and development of colour selector. The problems of techniques and technologies for super long travel, selection of tool （polishing wheel） , deformation of workpiece, location and clamping etc. encountered in the high precision mechanical polishing processing of sliding groove were solved. Very high economic benefits were created in the productive application.
