摘要
目的观察紫外线在直饮水机中的杀菌效果。方法采用膜过滤定量试验法,对直饮水机中紫外线杀菌效果和过滤除菌效果进行了检测。结果直饮水机中安装1支11W紫外线灯,出水速度为2L/min,对水中大肠杆菌的杀菌率为99.94%~99.95%。直饮水机中经过载银活性碳滤芯和孔径2岬的微滤膜过滤,出水速度为2L/min,对水中大肠杆菌除菌率为49.46%-50.61%。直饮水机中经紫外线照射和过滤除菌,对大肠杆菌的总除菌率为99.97%。结论直饮水机对水中细菌清除效果可以达到饮水标准要求,除菌作用主要因子为紫外线,过滤系统除菌率仅为50%左右。
Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy of ultraviolet rays in water dispenser. Methods Membrane filtration quantitative test was used to test the germicidal efficacy of ultraviolet rays and the filtration degerming efficacy in the water dispenser. Results With the 2 L/min speed of water outflow, 99.94% to 99.95% of Escherichia coli in the water were killed by the 11 W ultraviolet lamp installed in the water dispenser. Filtered by the Ag - activated carbon filter and the 2 μm - pore membrane in the water dispenser, and 2 L/min speed of water outflow, the degerming rate ofE. coli in the water was 49.46% to 50.61%. With both the ultraviolet irradiation and filtration system, the total degerming rate of E. coli was 99.97% in the water dispenser. Conclusions The germicidal efficacy of the water dispenser can meet the drinking water standards. The main degerming factor is ultraviolet rays and the degerming rate of the filtration system can only reach about 50%.
