应用于热光伏电池的一维Si/SiO_2光子晶体滤光器研究 被引量:5

摘要 光谱控制方法被广泛应用于热光伏系统以提高系统的热电转换效率.针对锑化镓(GaSb)电池热光伏系统的光谱控制要求,选用Si和SiO2设计了8层一维光子晶体滤光器结构;重点结合滤光器与高温辐射源辐射光谱功率分布和GaSb电池量子效率的匹配,对设计结构加以改进优化得到最佳匹配滤光器结构;采用光学镀膜技术加工了滤光器结构,并测试其光谱特性,根据测试结果计算滤光器的光谱控制效率、系统转化效率和能量密度.最后,测试了滤光器的抗高温性能.
