摘要
研究了用电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP—MS)测定高纯氧化铒中14个稀土杂质的方法。本文比较了5种内标元素,研究了产生氢化铒时,氢化铒的量与铒丰度之间的关系,从而有效地扣除了ErH(169)对Tm(169)的干扰。确定了在正常分辨率下,以Cs作内标,标准曲线校正,扣除ErH(169)后,测定氧化铒中14个稀土杂质的方法。对于5NEr2O3,RSD<15%,回收范围70~150%,与标准加入法校正结果吻合。
The study has been made on the determination method of 14 trace rare earth impurities in high purity erbium oxide by inductively coupled plasma mas spectrometry.The determination procedure mainly includes using caesium as a intermal standard ,external standard calibration and subtracting interference from ErH(169).The determination results are consistent with those of standard addition calibration for 99.999% erbium oxide,with RSD<15% andrecovery of 70~150%.
