摘要
针对目前中国企业战略人力资本体系尚不完善这一问题,指出基于企业持续竞争优势的战略人力资本是与企业战略发展息息相关的知识、技能、经验、观念和潜能等并能为企业带来超额利润和提供持续竞争优势的价值总和。分析了基于持续竞争优势的战略人力资本特征和功能,结果表明,通过构建完善的战略人力资本体系可以实现其更强大的整合功能,发挥创新优势从而保持企业持续竞争优势。
In view of the incomplete system of the strategic human capital theory in China, the article proposes that strategic human capital theory includes knowledge, skill, experience, idea and pot ential, something that are closely related to the strategic development of firms. Its total value will bring excess profits and sustained competitive advantages to the firm. The article analyses the characters and functions of the strategic human capital theory on the basis of sustainable competitive advantage. The result shows that,in operating the firm, more powerful integrating functions can be realized and advantages of innovation can be developed to keep the sustainable competitive advantages of the enterprise.
