摘要
针对现阶段全社会的"就业难"问题突出反映在女性身上,女性就业求职普遍遭遇用人岗位少、"门槛儿"设置高、用人单位要求苛刻等歧视性问题,通过对造成女性就业困境的政策方面原因的深入分析,指出政府在制定就业政策以及其他相关社会政策时,应从社会性别的视角出发,充分认识到女性就业中存在的困境,有针对性地采取措施,切实保障女性的平等就业权益。
At present, the difficulty in getting employed is reflected on women in the entire society. During the process of seeking jobs, females generally experience such discrimination barriers as fewer positions to be filled high eslablished threshold and harsh hiring requirements. Although the formation of difficulties of female employment has very complex social history, traditional culture and other reasons, the flawed public policy, the defective implementation mechanism and the imperfect effect of the policy are also the cause for making this situation important and noticeable. Therefore,from the objective laws of the female employment,we should implement the proactive public policies of protecting the feminine equality employment.
