In August 2008, Companhia Vale Do Rio Doce （CVRD） and Jiangsu Rong Sheng Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. （hereinafter referred to as＂Rong Sheng＂） signed the world＇s largest single shipbuilding order in Shanghai and the shipbuilding circle was completely shocked. After that, with the outbreak of the world financial crisis, rumors spread all around that orders related to Rong Sheng were canceled.
