Recently, CANSI Chairman Mr. Zhang Guangqin expressed: "Current order cancellations from domestic shipbuilding enterprises are about 1,000,000DWT. The national shipbuilding revitalization plan is under preparation. It is currently not easy to correctly calculate the amount of cancellations, but experts guess, it is not shipyards but shipowners that have encountered the most impact from the financial crisis".
