摘要
急性缺血性脑血管病是由于局部脑血流突然阻塞而引起,应在寻找血管病变基础上尽快酌情选择溶栓、抗凝、抗血小板聚集、血管内治疗及手术治疗。现就急性期治疗的常见问题进行讨论。
