摘要
目的:观察递增负荷练习对雌性骨质疏松大鼠骨骼和骨骼肌特性的影响。方法40只12周龄的Wistar大鼠被分成4组:假手术安静组(SS);骨质疏松安静组(OS);假手术训练组(ST);骨质疏松训练组(OT)。以卵巢切除术(OVX)制造骨质疏松模型。训练方案为每组大鼠跳跃10次,每次训练跳跃4组,每两天训练一次,共训练8周。8周后取胫骨检测其物理特性,取比目鱼肌和胫骨前肌称重、冷冻并检测其横断面积。结果:与其他3组相比,OS组大鼠的骨强度(186.59±26.62N/mm)、重量(0.3±0.003g)和密度(1.5±0.02g/cm3)较少。与OS组对比,OT组具有较高的骨灰重量(0.39±0.02g)、骨矿物质密度(0.68±0.02g/cm3)和强度(231.89±54.8g/cm3)。OT组的比目鱼肌(0.42±0.17g)和胫骨前肌(0.85±0.15g)重量也高于OS和ST组。而且肌肉的重量与骨骼力量呈正相关的关系。结论:运动训练对骨质疏松大鼠的骨骼和肌肉有良好的刺激效果,肌肉的增大对骨骼质量也有良性的刺激作用。
Objective: Determine the effects of a progressive loading exercise on the bone and skeletal muscle properties of female rats with osteoporosis. Methods:Forty female Wistar rats ( 12 - weeks- old) were divided into four groups ( n = 10) : shamoperated sedentary ( SS ) ; osteoporosis -sedentary (OS) ; sham-operated training (ST) and osteoporosis training (OT). Osteoporosis was induced by ovariectomy (OVX). The exercise program was performed every two days for 8 weeks and consisted of four bouts of 10 jumps. After 8 weeks, the animals were sacrificed and submitted to bone and muscle excision. The tibias were submitted to an evaluation of the physical properties. The soleus and tibialis anterior muscles were weighed and frozen for a cross-sectional area evaluation. Results : Osteoporosis sedentary animals showed a decrease in bone strength(186.59±26.62 N/ram),weight(0.3±0. 003g) and density(1.5±0. 02 g/cm3 ). The OT group showed higher values for ash weights(0.39 ± 0. 02 g), bone mineral density(0.68±0.02 g/cm3) and strength(231.89±54. 8 g/cm3), as compared to the OS group. The soleus (0.42±0. 17 g) and tibialis anterior muscles (0.85±0. 15 g) of the OT group weighed more than those of the osteopenic sedentary and ST groups. Moreover the muscle weight showed a significant positive correlation to bone strength. Conclusions:The exercise program had a stimulatory effect on the bone and muscle tissue of rats with osteoporosis, leading to the suggestion that muscle tissue hypertrophy could have a stimulatory effect on bone mass.
