摘要
采用浸渍聚合法制备透明导电的聚苯胺薄膜,并系统地研究了基片、反应温度、氧化剂和掺杂剂等因素对聚苯胺透明导电薄膜的电学和光学性能的影响.在最佳的制备条件下,所得薄膜的室温电导率可达1~5S/cm.当厚度为05μm时,在450至650nm的透光窗口内,该薄膜的透光率可达80%.借助结构表征讨论了薄膜的生长机理和它的结构组成.
A conducting and transparent film of doped polyaniline was prepared by a dipping polymerization method.The electric and optic properities of the resulting film were measured as a function of oxidant,dopant,substrate,reaction time and temperature.In proper condition,for the 05μm polyaniline film,the conductivity at room temperature and the transmittance at 450~650nm can be achived of 1~5S/cm and 80%,respectively.The growth mechnism and structure composition of polyaniline film were discussed.
