摘要
用毛细管区带电泳(CE)方法进行了氯代酚异构体分离的研究。使用 64.5 cm × 50μml.D.石英毛细管柱,在40%(V/V)有机溶剂(如甲醇,乙腈等)改性的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,通过调节最佳pH值,达到了一次进样对所有氯代酚的基线分离。
Separations of chlorophenol isomers have been studied by capillary zone elec- trophoresis. A capillary column with 64. 5 cm in length and with an inner diameter of 50 μm was used. All chlorophenol isomers were baseline separated for less than 16 min by adding organic modifiers(methanol, acetonitrile, etc. ) in phosphate buffer. Organic modifiers and pH values of the applied buffer are two important factors for the separation of all chlorophe- nols. The pH values of the run buffers, the more important factor than that of organic modi- fiers, can be optimized. The optimum value of pH is 7. 8 for all organic modifiers with differ- ent compositions.
