综述苹果膳食纤维国内外的研究进展,论述苹果膳食纤维的提取、改性、脱色、化学组成和结构分析,并展望其以后的研究方向。
This article reviews the development on studies of dietary fiberfrom apple on domestic and foreign, reviews the extrusion, modification, decoloration, chemical composition and structure analysis, give the opinion about its later research direction.
