综述功能食品的作用、分类以及它们与药品的区别,并对我国功能食品开发利用中存在的问题进行探讨,最终提出改进措施。
To reviewed the problems of functional food in China. The improved measures were put torward. It was hoped that the paper would be good for the study of the functional food in the future.
