摘要
目的检测Kiss-1及基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)蛋白在胃癌中的表达,探讨二者在胃癌发生发展及转移中的作用。方法以54例胃癌标本作为研究对象,11例正常胃黏膜组织作为对照,采用流式细胞术分析,检测Kiss-1和MMP-9蛋白的表达在不同指标及临床病理特征之间的关系。结果胃癌组织中Kiss-1的表达量低于正常胃黏膜组织[(0.7864±0.1149)与(1.0000±0.1105),t=5.66,P〈0.01],MMP-9的表达量高于正常胃黏膜组织[(1.1789±0.1271)与(1.0000±0.1215),t=4.28,P〈0.01],Kiss-1及MMP-9在胃癌中的表达均与浸润深度及淋巴结转移密切相关,二者在胃癌中的表达呈负相关(r=-0.4911,P〈0.05)。结论Kiss-1和MMP-9蛋白可能在胃癌发生、发展中起一定促进作用,检测Kiss-1和MMP-9有望成为与胃癌预后相关的重要指标。
Objective To detect the expression of Kiss-t and MMP-9 in gastric carcinoma and investigate, and it's role in the pathogenesis, development and metastasis of neoplasm. Methods The study included 54 cases of gastric carcinoma as experimental group and 11 cases of normal tissues as control group. The expression of Kiss-1 and MMP-9 in different pathological characteristics was detected by Flow Cytometry. Results Comparisons of the primary tumors of gastric carcinoma and normal tissues showed that there was a significant upregulation of MMP-9 [ ( 1. 1789 ± 0. 1271 ) 与 ( 1. 0000 ± 0. 1215 ), t = 4.28, P 〈 0.01 ] and down-regulation of Kiss-1 [ ( 0. 7864 ± 0.1149) 与 ( 1. 0000 ± 0.1105 ), t = 5.66, P 〈 0.01 ]. Their expressions were associated with infiltration degree and lymph node metastasis, which were negatively correlated with gastric carcinoma ( r = - 0.4911, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Kiss-1 and MMP-9 may promote the development of gastric carcinoma. The expression of MMP-9 and Kiss-1 may be significant prognostic indicators.
