在丙烯氨氧化合成丙烯腈过程中,尾气内含有因反应而生成的CO2,CO,C2H4,未反应完全的C3H6,O2和不参与反应的N2以及丙烯原料气中少量的C3H8。使用含有双阀、双检测器、双色谱柱的气相色谱系统可使上述所有气体得到分离,而且分离效果好,定量准确,操作简单。
Acrylonitrile is an important product in petrochemical industry and its synthesis is carried out mainly from propene, ammonia and air. This paper deals with the tail gas analysis in the synthesis process. The related components of sample gas from synthesis process are O_2,N_2,CO,CO_2,C_2H_6,C_2H_4,C_3H_8,C_3H_6,etc. We use a gas chromatograph with two valves, two detectors and two columns to analyze the contents of these gases. The two columns are Porapak QS and molecular sieve 13X. The inorganic compounds are detected by TCD and hydrocarbons by FID. The time of valve switch or signal switch and the time of signal attenuation are selected before experiments. By this method, the related components can be separated effectively and their amounts measured quantitatively. The most interesting event is that the formation of ethylene byproduct can be found in this synthesis process. This may be helpful for further research in synthesis process.
