纳米Cu/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂预处理对CO氧化活性的影响

摘要 以电弧等离子体法制备纳米铜活性组分,物理法制备出负载型纳米Cu/γAl2O3催化剂,用于催化CO氧化反应,发现催化活性在催化过程中呈规律性变化,即初始活性较低,空气中焙烧预处理易使纳米粒子长大,催化剂的氧化与CO还原实验表明铜氧化物活性高于Cu0。  The supported nanoCu/γAl_2O_3 catalysts in which nanoCu particles as the active components of catalysts were prepared by H_2 Ar arc plasma method were made by physical method,and were used to catalyze CO oxidation.The activity of nanoCu catalyst changed regularly in catalytic process,that is,initial activity of the catalyst was low.Pretreatment calcinated in air easily made nanoCu particles growing up. Oxidation with oxygen and reduction with CO of the catalyst showed that copper oxides had higher activity than copper.
